Jewel Changi Airport is a separate building connected to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. It’s a lively and beautiful spot where nature, shopping, and fun come together. Inside, you will find the Rain Vortex, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, surrounded by greenery. There are also indoor gardens, lots of shops and restaurants, attractions like Canopy Park, and even a hotel.

Changi Airport’s porter service helps take the stress out of travel by assisting with your luggage from arrival to departure. Whether you are arriving or departing, porters are available to handle your bags so you can move through the airport comfortably.
You will find the porter service at all the terminals.
If you are departing, the porter service will assist you with your baggage from your vehicle to the check-in counter. For those arriving at the airport, the porter service will assist them with carrying their bags from the baggage belt to the vehicle. Book in advance at least 6 hours before your flight’s arrival or departure time.
For up to 20 items, a $5 charge per item will apply. A minimum of $15 applies. From the 21st item, the staff will get in touch with you regarding the pricing. An $8 surcharge applies for transfers to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. For transfers to and from Terminal 4 and Yotel, a $14 surcharge applies. Cash payments have been discontinued, so you can only pay online.

Take a refreshing swim or relax in the Jacuzzi while watching planes take off. Located at T1 Transit, Level 3, open until 22:00. You don’t need to reserve in advance, as the swimming pool is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
