Vancouver International Airport Terminals

Vancouver International Airport has two main terminals: the Main Terminal and the South Terminal. The Main Terminal handles most passenger flights, while the South Terminal is used for regional and charter operations.

Main Terminal

Terminal Mobility Assistance

Parking at Vancouver Airport

YVR offers a range of parking options to suit different travel needs, whether you’re dropping someone off, parking for a few hours, or leaving your vehicle for an extended trip. 

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all YVR parking facilities and are located close to terminal entrances, elevators, and walkways for easier access. Travelers displaying a valid disability parking permit can use these designated spaces. For passengers using the jetSet parking service, shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Cell Phone Waiting Area

For those picking up arriving passengers, YVR offers a free Cell Phone Waiting Area located on Aviation Avenue, opposite JetSet YVR Parking. The lot provides up to 30 minutes of complimentary parking and free Wi-Fi, allowing drivers to wait comfortably until their party is ready for pick-up.

Parking Taxes

Parking rates at Vancouver International Airport include applicable Metro Vancouver parking taxes. A 29% Parking Sales Tax and 5% GST are applied to all paid parking facilities across the airport.

jetSet YVR Parking

jetSet YVR Parking is a convenient valet-style parking option for travelers looking to avoid searching for a parking space. After booking online, simply drive to the facility, leave your vehicle with the staff, and take the complimentary shuttle to the terminal.

The facility operates 24 hours a day, and shuttle buses run approximately every 20 minutes between jetSet and the airport terminals.

Gateway Valet

Gateway Valet offers a premium parking experience for passengers departing from YVR. Travelers can drop off their vehicle directly outside the terminal before heading to check-in, while airport staff parks the vehicle for the duration of the trip.

Public Transportation

The Canada Line is one of the quickest and most affordable ways to travel between YVR, downtown Vancouver, and Richmond. The airport’s Canada Line station is conveniently located between the Domestic and International Terminals, making it easy to access after arriving or before departing.
